Mehul has demonstrated excellent leadership qualities and vision throughout his professional achievements over a past decade. Inspired by rich corporate experience of his father coupled with his strong academic and professional background from the US and India, he has a track record of building successful teams and managing projects. He has worked across various corporate functions such as Operations, Strategy and Finance and as part of work, dealt with companies from US, China, India, EU, Mexico and Middle East. With Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Mumbai University, Masters Degree in Engineering Management (Industrial and Systems Engineering Dept) from University of Southern California and a successful academic stint in Sustainability and Environment Management at Harvard University, he believes in constant learning and innovation in all aspects of business. With strong vision and relentless faith in sustainable mobility, he has co-founded NextGen Tech Initiatives and is focused on delivering solutions that lead to simply better environment.
Rohit brings in his experience of the global automotive industry having worked for Honeywell Turbo Technologies, USA for seven years in senior technical & management roles in the vehicle power train systems. He has worked in roles of Product Development, New Business Development, Supply Chain and Strategy in the market segment for North America region. Rohit has lead various projects comprising of cross functional teams and has played an important role in executing flawless launches of products. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from Mumbai University (India) and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Southern California (USA). His passion for automobiles and innovative technologies coupled with the desire of shaping the future of transportation resulted in him co-founding NextGen Tech Initiatives with the vision to work in the exciting field of sustainable mobility and environmentally friendly transportation.

Sharad draws upon 40 years of experience in the field of design, R&D and product development, having worked at Siemens and Tata Consulting Engineers. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and brings in versatile experience from the industry in the field of innovation and research.
